This week has been a whirlwind of preparation for our participation in the Central PA Region Porsche Club of America’s Porsche Swap Meet in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This even rightly claims the title as the World’s Largest Porsche-Only Swap Meet, but that only tells part of the tale. It’s also the largest gathering of Porsche cars (at least on the East Coast).

In addition to the swap and Porsche corral, there is a People’s Choice Concours that always attracts impressive examples of all Porsches, from air-cooled to water-cooled and everything in between.

While it was previously held in Hershey, PA the event outgrew its original location and is now held at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Carlisle, PA. This location is grass instead of pavement, and is much more affected by wet weather. We’re hoping any rain will hold off until the event ends at 3pm Saturday.

In terms of attendance advice, wear comfortable shoes and bring layers, as April weather in Pennsylvania can be quite unpredictable.

We’re excited to return to the event after a few years hiatus, this time as a vendor. We’ll have a small presence on-site. We’ll be able to meet with fellow enthusiasts and share more detailed information about our services, in particular Porsche appraisals, valuation, and auction services.

We’ll also have our corporate mascot Porsche 356 in attendance, so keep an eye out for the white Porsche wearing Wolf and Mare branding and please stop by to say hello!
